Default Transaxle Cooler Line Replacement

I just purchased an '86 Taurus with 41000 miles and since the car has been sitting for some time, have a problem with a leak in the transaxle cooler lines. Are there aftermarket replacements for these lines and also, are they difficult to replace? The radiator in the car is also showing signs of its age, since the coolant is probably original. Any suggestions for getting this car ready for use as a daily driver would be helpful. I also had to replace the front brake hoses, the master cylinder, the brake calipers and cut the rotors. Any advice and/or suggestions would be most appreciated.
