Default Windshield washer reservoir ???

I own an '03 Merc. Sable. My understanding is, same as Taurus, different name!
When I bought the car, about a month ago, part of the work on the invoice, done at the dealer before sale was replacing the Washer pump. Well being winter and sloppy roads, etc. I used the washer 2 or 3 times and came up empty the next time. So, I got a bottle of fluid and topped it off. It had snowed a bit overnight and I noticed washer fluid in the fresh snow. So now, I am curious if the reservoir is cracked or the pump was not properly installed.
Either way, I would like to know the easiest access to the bottle and how hard it is to remove it. From what can see, it looks like taking off the tire, removing the inner fender and going from there.

Hard to say why its leaking, but some washer fluids aren't protected from freezing. Are you using a washer fluid that contains methanol? (alcohol)

Yes,, the right tire and inner fender well needs to be removed to gain access to the pump/reservoir.

Don't know if it specificly has Methanol added but, it say to -15 on the label. It is the orange RainX fluid. That is what it looked like tho, that it expanded and just a few ounces seeped out. It wasn't the whole 3/4 of a gallon I put in!
