I have an 84 ford tempo gl with starting issues. I've replaced the coil,voltage reg. and distrbutor cap and rotor cap. turns over but no spark getting fuel 'cause I can smell it what am I missing?

Ignition Conrol Module? Coil pick up inside distributor?
