Default 88 tempo running poorly all of a sudden ease help

I have an 88 tempo gl thats started giving me cold start problems maybe 3 months ago where i would have to turn it on it would stall then crank again to get it startr it would run fine the whole day

Now i start it up it has a very rough idle and sometimes stalls even after first or second start
And sometimes when i put it into gear, once in gear it would continue to sputter and seem to have very low power and sometimes stall at stops

Ive changed the fuel filter, cleaned the iac, changed air filter, cleaned throttle body, ive unplugged most sensors to find that the car would not run without them, wires are new ,plugs are new, cap and rotor new, checked the fuel pressure only went to 20 first key on/engine off went to 50 on next key on/engine off and started fine still had the same symptoms with the pressure staying between 45 and 50

Please help i cannot find whats wrong

It could be a vacuum leak. Look for disconnected and broken hoses, listen for hissing sounds.
It could be a plugged up muffler or catalytic converter.
It could be a bad ignition coil.

Just some thoughts.

bluewind has good ideas. I would take it a mechanic and have it checked.

I think drew is turning his own wrenches.

There are a lot of useful videos on Youtube. Search for keywords as: test for vacuum leak, test crank position sensor and so on.

The results don't have to be specific for a car or even a brand. On that level cars are so similar.
