1988 Thunderbird Turbo
Thunderbird has sat in garage for 15 years without running. I’ve completed all the items needed to get it started. Car runs great. I have two issues though, and can not figure it out.
First, my gas gas is not working and the low fuel light is on. I replaced everything in the fuel system and it began working. Now it doesn’t work. I check my resistance on the fuel sending unit and all is good there. I jumped the yellow wire to a ground on the car on my sensing unit and the gauge will move up and down. So I believe I have a bad ground. Where is the ground located for this?
Second, the small fan on the drivers side is not working. I am not sure the proper name of this fan. Not sure if the issue is at the ICRM, or if there is an inline fuse. The fan works itself as we jumped power from the big fan.
Is there another fuse box other the the one located behind the kick panel under the steering wheel? I have no manual.
thanks for whatever information you can give me.
