Default 1997 ford t bird

i have a 97 ford t bird that will not start when the temp goes down to below 32degrees but will start and run great when temp goes up to 38 degress i have replaced the coolant sensor to computer and it still won't start. anyone have any idea's what can be going on please help 4.6 v8 engine

oh meant to say the ford t bird have a 4.6 v8 engine this is the one with starting problems

1997 ford t bird 4.6 v8 won't start when temp droppes below 32degress but will start will temp goes up to 38degress and the car will run great. replaced coolant temp sensor but did not work please help.
