Default 91 Thundedrbird Instrument Panel Problems

I just got a 91 Thunderbird with the 5.0 engine in it, and that instrument panel is dim and barely see able. I have tried messing withe swicth to turn up the lighting and not working. Was wondering if someone has a wring diagram for the instrument panel or even if this has happened to anybody else and if they were able to fix it that info would be much appreciated. Thanks for the help
