Default 97 TBird emergency flasher - where is it?

My emergency flasher does not work. I am trying to locate the flasher unit so I can replace the flasher. Can anyone tell me where it is? Thanks ...

It's most likely like mine. I couldn't find it, so I started taking panels off. It's hard to see but it's above the fuse box, and is slotted in on the knee panel. Either you have to really reach your hand up there, or take off the panel under the steering wheel. I switched mine out with an electronic one.
