Default 97 tbird will not start when cold

bird will not start when below 30 degrees above 30 degrees will start and run fine.have change collent sensor and air senser in the air box.is there another air sensor on the back of the motor??

Now for the obvious questions: Have you checked for codes? Checked fuel pressure?

no codes now i just replaced the o2 sensors also fuel pressure is at 48psi
