This is my first post here so thanks in advance.

I have a 96 t-bird and the blower only runs very slow. I took the blower out and connected to a Batt and it ran very fast. I checked all the fuses and connectors. I did a search here and there was a mention of a resistor. Is this something I can replace and where is it. I have owned this car since new so nothing has been changed. Anything else that may cause this problem.
