I first took the unit out to check all connection on the back side of it, all was good than I check with a vacuum gauge. On the back of intake manifold found two vacuum line cracked, replaced them and it took care of my problem

I had a similar problem on my car lately after I took it for inspection (you're not allowed to inspect your own car in PA). Two vacuum lines were "mysteriously" crossed. Placement is another thing to check (especially if the lines were replaced previously).
