Default Question about 4 Cyl. Driveshaft

I need to know if I can use a 4 cylinder standard turbo coupe driveshaft with a v8. Can anyone help me out here?

Compare the order numbers for the drive shafts in question. If the numbers match Ford used the same parts in both models.
