Hi,

I need an advice. I have a 2013 Ford Fiesta. Over the weekend, I was involved in a quite bad T-Bone accident. My side airbags deployed, but none of the airbags inflated. Thankfully, no one was injured in the accident. The claims inspector hasn’t been out to assess the damage to my car yet, but its likely that it will be determined the car is a total loss.
Is there any compensation I could possibly get from Ford in this situation? And what to do? I submitted the claim and they said it'll take up to 2 weeks to even take a look at it...
