04 F150 Key Fob Programming

I just purchased a 2004 F150 FX4 from an auction. When it was delivered there were no key fobs with it. I can get the fobs but does anyone know how to program them to my Truck? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

In your owners manual it takes you through step by step how to program them, I did them for my truck.
