Default 1973 Ranchero Fuel Problem

I have a 73 Ranchero Squire and it has fuel issues.
I only run 91 octane. It runs nice until it hits a 1/4 tank then runs really bad. A few days ago I acellerated and it began running really bad. Now it wont stay running after I start it. I dont want to pay the dianostic fee. I cant find the fuel filter. Some help would be good.

Fuel filter should be either an In-Line filter near the front of the engine, screwed into the carb or a brass filter in the carb.
