Default 1990 Tempo wont start

Ok ive been having problems with my car for about a month now. It was workin fine for a few years (its now at 107,000 miles) when i few weeks back the tach started jumping up and down the gauge and the car kept backfireng and stalling. We did a tune up the next day an it was fine for a day or so. Then I tried to get onto the freeway and it died. It didnt just die it just semmed to get less gas thean it should and the RPMs decliend until it stalled. After geting it home weve checked alot of things and i and a few others are stumped so far we have;

Replaced,
Rotor
Distributor Cap
Spark Plug wires
Spark Plugs
Ignition coil (it was out of spec)
Air temp sensor (looked extra crispy)
Fuel Filter
Air Filter

Now when you attempt to start it, it cranks the RPMs run between 600-800 but it never starts compltly. Now I know its getting gas becuse you can flood the engine if you give it too much gas while attepting to start it. I know weve got spark cause we checked for that as well. If anyone has any suggestions it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
