Default 1991 F150 Starting Problems

I have a 1991 F150 5.0 Ltr engine. I have a problem starting the truck in the morning. I have changed all the plugs, Ignition wires, cap & rotor. I also disassembled the Idle air Control Valve and cleaned it with GUMOUT and still having the same problem. Once running it starts up easy all day long. Any insight would be appreciated.

Thanks

Have you changed the air and fuel filters lately? Maybe clean the battery cables.

All filters have been changed. The truck has 150K miles. I have just finished removing and cleaning the entire trottle body assembly. The trottle body was extremely dirty with heavy carbon deposits. I also replaced the PVC valve. This morning the truck started just fine. I will post if there is any change but for now everything looks OK. Thanks
