Default 1993 ranger need help

I cant figure this out, I was driving and my turck was runing just fine. Then i went to pull in to a parking spot and it just died. When I restarted it would sound like it wasnt running on all 6 cylinders. i checked spark and it has good spark in all cylinders. I cleaned the MAF as well. now I'm getting two codes 998: hard fault present and 157: MAF sensor below min voltage. Can somone help please????
