Hello,
I own a '99 special edition which is in excellent condition overall, but will not start for some reason. The battery is fine, the engine cranks fast but will not start. It has been sitting in the garage for over a month without starting it. I checked the fuel pump fuse and it is fine.

I tried checking the fuses for the security system, tried resetting the fuel pump cutoff switch (was not tripped). The fuel ran dry a month ago but I refilled the tank and it ran fine. Also, the engine fuel gauge is at minimum even through the oil is full. However, I'm not sure if the car needs to be on to sense oil.

Any help is appreciated.
