Default 2000 Expedition running rough due to water

I drove my 2000 Expedition through a flooded underpass to and from Home Depot, now I have several codes, PO301, PO302, PO304, PO308, PO135, PO141, PO155 and PO161. Several misfires, heated OS bank 1 sensor 1, bank 1 sensor 2, bank2 sensor 1 and bank 2 sensor 2. In park the truck runs a little rough, in gear the truck runs very rough, to the point I don't want to drive it.
Is it save to say if I wait a few day and let everything dry the truck will be fine or is there a more serious problem?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you

Remove the spark plugs. Look at the coil boots to see if there is any sign of water on them. If water has shorted the coil, that is the best case scenerio. I know that Fords are bad about sucking water into the engine when they have been run through high water. So replacing some of the coils and plugs may be something you might want to do. Good luck on the truck.

I appreciate your kindness. We had a lot of rain in NJ Saturday and when I got home my basement had about an inch of water. In a haste to get to Home Depot, I did drive through the closed underpass pretty fast.
I will remove the plugs Monday and keep you posted, thank you again.

Thanks for the information. I just noticed while I was under the truck, the right cat is glowing red, not a good sign. This will be my starting point.
Thanks for your assistance.

I replaced coils 1,2,4 and # 8, the truck is running much better, but still rough. Any ideas?
