Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but Ill have a try!

My girlfriend has a 2000 (W) Ford Fiesta 1.25 Zetec, which has done 25000 miles. There is a problem with it which no garage has managed to solve, or even come up with a suggestion.

If you take the car on a run, say about 20-30 miles, and leave her to cool down for say 2-3 hours, when you then start it, she is fine, but as soon as you try to pull away, she dies. She then struggles to start and will only then move if you put the throttle to the floor.

This is a very annoying proble and was just wondering if any of you guys had any idea as to what could cause this or if toy had experienced similar problems.

Any help would be hugely welcomed!!
