2000 Windstar Trunk Strut Post Rusted-out

The trunk strut posts on my 2000 Windstar have rusted and disintegrated, and now the gas struts are detached from the body of the van. Where can I get new posts?They have a ball on one end that the strut clips to.

Hi, you can get them at a junkyard or at the dealership.
