My F-150 has lost most of its get up and go. Also the fuel economy is worse then ever. I have done the basics, spark plugs, filters, and O2 sensors with no change. The engine is a 5.4 v8 with a 4R70W trans and 4 wheel drive. It has 138000 miles. Any ideas would be helpful.
