2001 Ford Explorer sport 4.0L

I have a code 305 car is missing after I clear the code car runs fine but after a little while driving the code comes back on and car starts to miss again thanks

Check the wires and plugs to cly. #5. If Ok, then check base eng. compression if the car is well aged (>100,000 miles)
