2002 escape hiss from brake system

Default 2002 escape hiss from brake system
The brakes work fine but I have a loud hissing noise during acceleration. The hiss goes away if I tap the brake pedal. I was thinking it has something to do with vacuum but I don't have any problem with the way the brake pedal feels. Anyone with an idea?

if you had a vacuum issue, you woudlnt have brakes...have you had the brakes serviced lately?
