2002 Mustang

Have 6 cylinder manual transmission that misses badly. Replaced spark plugs, wires and fuel filter. Any other ideas as to what is wrong.

Possiblefaulty fuel injector(s) orDPFE module. I had a bad injustor on my 2000 Stang 3.8L causing the same issue. Fixed it and them about a month later the DPFE module was causing same symptoms. Just a thought.
