Hello all! I am in need of help. I have a 2003 Excursion with the stock rear DVD entertainment package. The DVD player plays movies without out issue but I cannot get any sound at all. From the IR headphones or through the stock speakers.


I have tried the IR headphones, no luck. Also on the main console and rear console I cannot choose DVD out of the options, i.e. AM/FM, AUX etc. As a matter if fact DVD doesn't even appear in the selections.


Any help would be greatly appreciated!
