Default 2006 f150 wiring issues

My issue is that my factory harness for trailer lights is not working for tail lights. Turn signals/brake lights works. I have no tail lights on trailer but I have them on truck. Checked trailer plug on truck, not hot. Checked wire on truck going to plug not hot. Is there a fuse or relay for this problem? I don't find anything in my owner's manual.

Welcome to the site..

Trailer Tow lights are independent of the trucks. The TT Fuse is in the Central Junction box (CJB) inside the cab, left column of the panel, 10th down on the horizontal positions. F10 is a 20 amp Fuse.
