Can anyone tell me in "idiotproof" terms how to access the fuse box on a 2007 Ford Fusion? The manual says it is under the steering wheel near the brake pedal and to remove the panel to access. I don't feel a fuse box behind the steering wheel and I don't think I can remove the panel without breaking it. Any suggestions? Thank you so much in advance.
