Default 4.2 f150 running on 3 cylinders

i have 02 f150 4.2 v6 that was flooded and i flushed everything and it is only running on 3 cylinders. The truck was running perfectly before it was flooded says my aunt who gave it to me. It has spark on all 6 cylinders. I just pulled all the injectors and cleaned and made sure they worked. My thing is i know im getting fuel and spark but why isnt it running. It starts on 3 cylinders and runs like crap. Any suggestions? I plan on running a compression test tomorrow.

You may be getting spark, but is it strong enough?? Are the cylinders that are firing all one one side?? I think I'd be looking at the coils or wiring to the coils.
