2001 F450 7.3 diesel 4X4 4r100
I have a problem with the transmission not sifting first; second, third instead it starts on third. If I down sifted manually then it shifts the problem started when the harness on the safety neutral switch got corroded. (Codes 781 & P0720.) I changed the harness plug with three inches of wires. I also changed the safety neutral switch and the output speed sensor. Now the code that pops up is P0541 but I still have the original problem!
Has anyone else encountered a problem like this?
