RE: 5.4 liter, spark plug blow out

I got a 97 expedition 5.4my 3rd cylinder is stripped I talked to a place that would redo my headand put 11 threads on each spark plug hole instead of 4. What im wondering is if this is done will the compression difference be easier or harder on my lower end? The truck has 147xxx on it but ran great. What happened was I had plugs replaced at 110xxx at about 121 3rd cylinder blew a plug, mechanic put new one in and said it seated well. Well now at 147 a coil went out so i decided to replace plugs too whenpulling 3rd cylinder plug out it was working its way out again about half way tryed to screw new plug in but was stripped. Someone please help I figure ill keep the truck and repair but what should I do Can i just replace one head on right side or do I have to do both? Will remanufactured head(s) be worth doing at this mililage or should I temp fix and sell? I like the truck it ran great and shifted great too just would like some advice my heads redone would cost 1000 plus labor 500 then parts around 200 Thanks alot for help It is greatly appreciated
