Default 5.4 rebulid questions

I'm rebuilding a 5.4 triton. The Chilton manual I have says the rod bolts are torque to yeild. I called the local dealer parts person couldn't remember ever ordering a new set in 15 years. She also could not find anything saying the bolts are T/Y. Local Napa AP store can't even order them and the machinest could not find anything saying T/Y. I lost my job not long ago and don't want to spend money if I don't have to. Nobody seems to know. Can anyone help? Is the Chilton book correct?

What year motor? I will look in the Ford Manual. For the 2004 model year the specs are:
Tighten the bolts in two stages,
Stage 1: Tighten to 43 Nm (32 lb-ft).
Stage 2: Tighten an additional 105 degrees.
So the bolts are torque to yield on the 2004.
