I have a 67 galaxie, i changed the fuel pump, it turns over but still will not start, fuel filter is good, and it's getting fire. is there something i am possible missing

 

Is there fuel getting into and through the carb? Does it have good (or even not so good) compression? This car most commonly had a 390, but the carbs were all very similar. I had a '67 G5 Convertible. I loved that car; it had a 289, but still passed most of what is on the road now!

 

mine has a 289 also, when runs it runs great. I'm looking to sell it, so i really want it to run. I will check what you have suggested and see what happens. Thanks for your input
