Default 91' f150 stutters on hwy

New to this forum stuff. I have a 91' f150 4x4, 5.0 litter. I have developed a stutter on the hwy exspecially when using the cruise control, going into a slight head wind or slight rise. I have had the plugs, plug wires, fuel filter , cap and rotor, air filter, fuel tanks ,tranny fluid & filter all replaced, plus I have run plenty of injecter cleaner, no change. It almost feels like the choke (if this was carbed )was not opening or it suddenly developed a miss. It has plenty of power if you stomp on it or take it out of overdrive. Could it be some type of air flow sensor or throttle position sensor ? thanks to eney for the help. I need it!

It may be converter shudder. If you change the trans fluid get fluid with anti shudder of an aditive that fixs trans shudder. our possible causes plug , plug wire, egr valve. good luck
