Some may agree with my suggestion and some may not, but this is what I would do.
Determine which fuse supplies the stop light circuit and remove it.
If the same thing happens to your blower and other affected parts you have just eliminated the stop lite circuit.
Now you just need to get under the dash and see what is moving when you step on the brake pedal and look for a wire possibly getting pinched or rubbed upon.
If you don't find anything start checking all of your ground connections because one of them is supplying the brake system instead of the systems that are being affected. Just looking at them isn't good enough , you need to loosen and retighten them. Let us know what you found. ,,,,,,,,,,,,hanky
