Default '94 Probe 2.0L

I'm new to the site and could use some help. I'm working on a '94 Probe 2.0L and swapped in a 2.0L from a '93 Mazda MX6. I had to switch distributors between the motors and now it won't start-no spark at all. I lined the mark on the crank pulley up with the "T" on the timing cover, and the rotor to the #1 terminal on the cap. I have 12v at the coil and the ignition module, removed module and had it tested at Autozone-it's ok. If the timing is 180 degrees off will I still have spark or no? How can I tell for sure I'm at TDC? Any ideas or help? Thanks-Rayshawn.
