Hello everybody out there I`m new here so please have patience.I just bought a 94 tempo sport 4 cyl auto from the orig. owner with 79k miles.The car is in very good cond.They took very good care of it.My problem is when idling there is a vibration in the steering wheel and in the drivers seat.(in gear and in park,more so in gear)When I proceed forward it smooths out and it drives great.So if anyone has some info on this problem,maybe it`s normal for this car,I don`t know, please any info would be greatly appreciated. Hello again, Can anyone help with this problem on the vibration in my tempo?

 

I had a 93 escort, a small amount of vibration through the wheel and seat was normal, anything more check the motor mounts. That is of course that it is idling properly, around 900 neutral, 650 in gear.
