95 Lincoln Mark VIII A/C

I have oil on my compressor clutch does this mean my compressor is shot?

This is located on my A/C system compressor.

Oil on the compressor clutch doesn't necessarily mean that the compressor is shot. Just means that the shaft seal is worn/breached. Oil leaking out mean moisture can/is leaking in. The moisture in the system can cause acid to form thus causing system deterioration on the inside. Since you have pressure on the high side you know that the compressor is working. However, it would be way cheaper and easier to replace the existing compressor with a new one.
