95 Sable 3.0L (Fuel & Emission Problem)
1. What could be causing a heavy amount of fuel to be flowing through the line leading back to the Vapor-Vent on my fuel tank. The amount of fuel & pressure is so great that its blowing the hose off the Emission Vapor-Vent (which doesn't require a clamp)???
2. On the Emission Vapor-Vent itself, there are two nipples for hoses... where does each hose lead to in the engine department; I assume that one of them lead to the carcoal-canister...but what about the other one????

STUPID ME.....I discovered that the other hose on the fuel tank vapor-vent valve doesn't attach to anything; it just hangs over the side of the fuel tank for venting purposes.
In repairing a damaged portion of the fuel return-line, I had mistakenly connected the fuel return-line to the vapor-vent valve hose that hangs openly over the side of the fuel tank.....THIS WAS THE REASON FOR THE HOSE BEING BLOWED OFF THE VAPOR VENT VALVE WITH FUEL PRESSURE EACH TIME I WOULD START THE CAR.
