Hello,

I have a 97 Town Car that started honking the horn while I was working on my boat. Yes you read that right I was no where near the car. I pulled the fuse on the horn to keep the neighbors happy, but I have to get the car through inspection and the horn has to work to pass. Any thoughts on where to start looking for the issue?

Look at the horn switches or the horn relay. The owners manual will show the location of the relay.
