Default 98 escort 2.0 reutrnless fuel system

I'm still trying to fix my car after a month now. I'm not getting any fuel pressure. The pump is not coming on at all. I've tried everything except the fuel pump which is the most expensive part. Does anyone know how this fuel system works? I know the basics but I don't know why there is no voltage to the pump. There aren't any codes stored. I've changed the CCRM and the fuel pump driver and the pressure sensor on the fuel rail. I've also checked all the wiring from the ECU to the fuel pump driver to the fuel pump. There is voltage getting to the driver. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Failed/tripped inertia switch or relay? Have you applied direct power to the fuel pump lead to see if the pump will even run?

I PUT 12 VOLTS ON THE PUMP AND IT RUNS. THE INERTIA SWITCH IS FINE THE RELAY IS WORKING. THE INPUTVOLTAGE AT THE FUEL PUMP DRIVER MODULE SLOWLY RAMPS UP TO 2.5 VOLTS. BUT THERE IS NOTHING COMING OUT OF IT TO THE FUEL PUMP. I CHANGED THE FUEL PUMP DRIVER ALSO.

check the oil pressure sending unit and wires leading to it. ive read that in some of these fords if the oil pressure sending unit fails or there is actually no oil being pumped the engine has a way to shut the fuel system down to keep it from starting with low or no oil pressure,, just somthing to look into..good luck hope you get it figured out
