Default fuel pump/ fuel system

i have a 99 ranger that the fuelpump or something is causing fuel to fill my cyclinders with gas and leak out of the injectors. i replaced the injectors and plugs and it did it again no codes are thrown. any ideas?[:@]

Seems something must be holding the injectors open, or something is injection fuel into the intake. First, check the fuel pressure regulator by pulling the vacuum line off of it and see if fuel comes out of it. Second, with a lite, test or anode, see if the pcm is holding the injectors open.

Fuel pressure regulator would be the logical choice, if all the cylinders are filling up.
