Default 99 E250 Front Brakes Dragging, Lots Of New Parts

The van is my daily driver but I've been using an econobox lately and after a week or so of sitting the front brakes started dragging.

I replaced both calipers, pads, rubber brake lines and the master cylinder. I still get a slow release or constant dragging if I apply light brake pressure like slowing up for a turn. If I push hard on the brake pedal I can feel the calipers slowly release. But under light pressure sometimes they will lock on. If they stay on, I have to push down hard on the pedal then they will slowly release. Like 2-3 seconds. I've also tried quickly lifting up on the pedal itself but no change.

After I installed the new lines I did notice that there was slight pressure in the front system by cracking the bleeder to release residual pressure.

Only thing I can see that's left is the ABS unit. Is the proportioning valve built into the ABS unit or is it the brass valve attached to the rear brake side of the master cylinder?

Also, can't I just bypass the ABS unit?

Thanks.

Make sure there is a slight amount of free play between the brake pedal rod as it engages the vac. booster.
