I have a 99 taurus 3.0 ohv v-6 Cooling fans don't come on when engine is running, until I disconect the engine coolant sensor then the motor speeds up and runs rough, but both fans come on I checked the sensor and got 2700 ohms when hot and 5 volts ocv does any on know what else I could check. the service engine light is on but I don't have a code checker
