Default Cam Identification

My husband's co worker recently bought a house, and with it came a 'collection' of various parts, junk etc. The question I have is he has 7 cams and they all look to be SBF. But, I'm not 100% sure what engine they go to. There is no Ford Pt # just various stampings. Here's how they go:
In between the first journal and the dist. gear is CWC, 180 degrees from that is C12. In between the 4th lobe and the 2nd journal is 838, 180 degrees from that is a "+" symbol, and on the other side of the journal is 012 cast real small. Just before the 3rd journal is cast the number 13. There is no part #'s stamped on the ends or anything. I hope this helps. Many thanks.
