ecm's or can I swap computers?
Prefix letters/numbers are..
F.. is for the decade built (90's)
3.. is the last digit of the year of introduction or revision
T.. is for specific model (Truck)
F.. is an engineering number for General Parts/Electrical and Electronics Division
12A650 is Ford speak for the ECU/PCM
Suffix letters and/or numbers are more model/option specific identification

I would like help ensuring I am choosing the right one. Mine is stamped with FOTF-12A650-T2A but the model I can find on Rock Auto ends in TA. Are they compatible?
Truck is 1990 F150 5.0 4wd 5spd manual. Calibration number is 0-53E-R00
