Can anyone tell me what these numbers mean?

 

Obviously the re builders tag,, I think the Engine code would have ID'd the Manufacturer/displacement possibly SB or LB, and I believe the Stock code may have contained completed rebuild specs meaning bore/crank sizing or level of build like if other than stock etc..
