Default Flexplate/flywheel interchangeablity

I have a 5.0 H.O. with a clutch/flywheel (50 oz imbalance). I want to buy a junkyard Explorer 5.0, and it looks like this one will have a flexplate for an automatic transmission (also 50 oz imbalance).
If I swap out the flexplate for the flywheel, is it reasonable to expect the rotating assembly to be balanced? Would I need to swap the harmonic balancer over also? Or will I have to gut the entire rotating assembly to have it all balanced?

Thanks in advance!!!

New here, but my Windsor experience is that you will be fine. The engines are balanced from the harmonic balancer to the flywheel/flexplate.
