Hi I recently bought a 2000 focus wagon. The power locks drive me nuts. They lock the doors when you start driving. This in itself is okay but what happens is the the car will lock itself (sometimes not all the time) after you turn the key off and exit the car. No big deal if you happen to have the keys in your hand. If you want to getinto the backseat even in the times when it is not possessed you have to unlock the backseats.

The the ultimate pain the the patutie (sp somethings there are no spell checker for) is that at the gas station or warming the car up or anytime you exit the care while it is running it will sometimes lockitself. Ugh this can't be right. Ideas anyone.

I have had the car 3 months and have been locked out once and my wife twice. HELP how do you turn this autolocking feature off.
